A1: Please don’t worry, generally our production time is 7- 15 days. for most item, we need 5-10 days when in rush. Depending on your item, our sales will check the schedule and then arrange the fastest production time for you.
Q2: If I want to see the artwork, if i need to pay the artwork fee ?
A2: No, you needn’t. We could offer the free artwork for you to see your product’s effect.
Q3: I don’t know the effect when it finished, I am afraid to place the mass order, could I get a product sample?
A3: Of course. Don’t worry, before the mass order, we could help you to do the sample first, when sample finished, we could send the picture and the video to you, when you confirm it, and then the mass order could be start.
Q4: Express shipping is too high, any other options?
A4: Yes, of course, the shipping fee is not charged by us, but we could help you to choose the most economic to you.
Q5:What's your quality control percentage?
A5: As the quality, please be assured, we will have the strict QC before the shipment many times, and also our sales will go to the package room to check the quality again by ourself.
